I really don't know what "mop and glo" is, but if it is the same as the swiffer wetjet, I don't see why not. The pads are washable, at least, and it's the same substance as the swiffer wetjet. No, it's not perfumed or anything, and I'm using it on my 4.5 month old. It's natural and safe. Do not use any other cleaning solution with it though, and do not use it on anything not allowed on the label.
