Mop and Glo is a safe product. However, it has been reported that it can be toxic to pets. So, please use it in a well ventilated room and if you have pets, keep them away from the room while you are cleaning with it.

yes, as long as you rinse it off. I use it on my dogs all the time. I use it on the walls of my house (which are pretty grimy!) and it cleans it without any hiccup. I read on the label to use it with caution around cats... which I totally understand.
